I am nearly sure there are some, and I bet you can find one or two just by googling them. I do not, however, see why they should exist. Carry the backpack for you? Oh no, that is so wrong. Making sure you get the health support you need? Unnecessary? Fixing a meal for you every day? C’mon. Giving you company? You’ll find random people all over.
So, honestly: I’m sure there are some. But I’m also sure noone should need them. The trip should be random. This is implied in the word ‘trip’.
